It’s hard to find time and quiet to write this blog these days. So much going on here.
Just recently we’ve hosted the first of this summer’s Permaculture Design Courses, more on that in future posts, and following that we’ve been joined by another Scout group for their annual camp. This group were from Stembert, Belgium and they assisted with us with a whole host of tasks around the farm as well as a community project in Aradas village.
The Permaculture Design Course participants left us on the Friday morning and the all male, teenaged Scouts arrived on the Friday afternoon. What a culture shock! The excess testosterone is still floating around the farm I think 🙂 Two big black vans with darkened windows … FBI? Men in Black? No … erm … Scouts.
Here they are, enjoying themselves. Don’t believe it was all swimming and sunbathing though. They did some hard work in between!
Photo credits to the Scouts. Thankyou.
